The spectacular Matt Damon villa in Miami

The villa of the famous American actor Matt Damon, located on the island of La Gorce, at North Bay Road, a residential area very popular with stars, has just found a new buyer! Sold for more than 16 million euros, the star of Will Hunting, the Undercover and other American blockbusters decided to put it on sale last year to settle in Los Angeles. In 2005, the actor had bought two plots for the modest sum of 13 million euros and wanted to build, alongside his wife, Luciana Bozan Barroso, the house of his dreams. A movie theater, a swimming pool, a private beach, seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms and a breathtaking view of the famous Miami Beach bay… We open the doors to this little corner of paradise!

Paradise decor

Genelle Brown The large swimming pool is one of the most remarkable elements of this construction. Located near the villa and surrounded by lush greenery, it creates a balance in the composition of the overall design. Its plus: its panoramic view of the bay of Miami Beach!

Multiple openings

Genelle Brown Crossing view between landscapes, this villa benefits from maximum openings on the surrounding nature, thus blurring the difference between interior and exterior. To take advantage of this exceptional panorama, day and night, a covered kitchen composed of an imposing bar island and a large table has been created.

Clear and bright colors

Genelle Brown The Provencal style is also available in height, on this vast terrace decorated in ocher tones, a color of good humor, evocative of the Provencal style and markets with mildly spicy scents. A graphic beige carpet, comfortable sofas and armchairs and a small coffee table make up this warm space.

Luxury option

Genelle Brown Inside, change of atmosphere! Beige and brown shades, crystal chandelier and spiral staircase make up this refined decor. Lover of good wines, the actor installed an extraordinary dark wooden cellar. Pure luxury!

A cozy cocoon

Genelle Brown In the living room, the style is much more assertive. The couple chose to bet on comfort, the warm and welcoming side by favoring spicy and authentic colors. And to maximize this effect and reinforce this cocooning side, they have adopted comfortable and soft sofas.

Between tradition and modernity

Genelle Brown In the kitchen, an imposing central island with marble worktop and chrome fronts punctuates the spaces. In terms of furniture, the couple opted for a happy mix of contemporary pieces and more traditional pieces. Once again, we find the predominance of wood which enhances the worktop and the splashback in orange marble.

Asian influences

Genelle Brown A great wind from Asia is blowing on the decoration of this dining room. Wood is once again in the spotlight with this wooden dining table with curved lines, a real invitation to travel and relax. This is accompanied by a brown leather armchair, a Moroccan carpet and many candles that bring an exotic touch to the decor.

A high-end master suite

Genelle Brown In the spacious bedroom, the beige painted walls and the numerous bay windows allow to bring light and combine effectively with the darker colors of the parquet and the outline of the windows. The star of the room, the four-poster bed goes perfectly with the sober and refined style of the room.

An exotic bathroom with revisited traditions

Genelle Brown Wooden furniture with strict and refined lines, veined parquet, woven baskets, contemporary freestanding bath ... This exotic bathroom combines tradition and modernity to create a chic and sober atmosphere full of charm. It didn't take more to seduce Matt Damon!
